Creative guidance

Hey! For this batch of songs, I want to give you more creative space to come up with ideas. From what we’ve done so far, I think you have a good grip on my style & what I generally like: clean, cutting edge, vivid, luxury-ish typography & imagery. I’ve included general themes below for each song, but feel free to expand beyond this & really bring your own visions to each one to bring them to life. I’ve listed themes below that come to mind when I hear each song. Can’t wait to see them! Also, let me know when you could have each one my way. Not a rush job - just want to get a solid timeframe down 🍻

General Principles For All Vids

• Don’t re-use footage from any of the videos we’ve done in the past

• Keep everything in the scope of a futuristic, cutting edge, luxurious style - think the Equinox of lyric videos

• Develop your own concepts around the lyrics

• For horror, sex, and other themes in that ballpark, don’t make it too extreme (or Facebook/Youtube will block it)

• Include “"(Song Name) by Cassidy (the symbol/logo)” at the beginning of every video, and “Follow @connortkcassidy” at the end

Sad Boy - Baseball, Basketball, championships, trophies, money, stadiums, gold, bank vaults, winning, Rolls Royce, touring/live shows

Double Vision - Romance, roses, wine, chocolate, water, sunsets, tattoos, fine art, vacations, sex, mansions, fly cars

The Marathon - Nipsey Hussle, Red vs. Blue, boxing, the gym, running, body building, championships, the freedom fight

Smoke Signals - Oceans, boats, love, surviving on a remote island, fire signals, building a relationship, Miami

Lately - Rain, thunderstorms, dark skies, dreary city, deep space, darkness, meditation, God, weapons, death & rebirth

Already Us - Smoke, urban cities, luxury buildings vs. slums, old vintage cars, boxing training, traffic, democracy

This Light - Deserts, Arabic, War, Natural Disasters, Hope, Light at the end of the tunnel, God/Christ, Snakes, Pyramids

Fine - Saxophone, Wandering through the city, storms vs. calm nature, rain, reflection, hookah pipes/smoke, religion

Otherside - Dark agent/james bond vibes, playing cards (Kings & Queens), guns, war, boxing, liquor, sophisticated crime, money, drugs, godfather/mobster vibes, deep space, death & life, God vs. the devil
