CREATIVE GUIDANCE

Listed some general thoughts for the video below, though I’d like you to carry the weight of creative directing & shot-listing: you’ll do better than I can by weeding out my bad ideas, and it’s also easier acting if I’m not calling shots. I have a $2,000 budget, but can go higher if we can pin down an idea that would require more & add much. For example, having that “rock levitation” work done as in the “Time After Time” video, or some animation work of the sort, or for more expensive props or other actors. Only goal is make something really unique & aesthetically rich that brings life to the record - and I want it to be something you’d be proud of as a piece of your catalog. Looking to get this done ASAP.

• Mobster/Agent/Soldier/rockstar vibes

• Having Red Trees, Red Water, red eyes, etc. by using coloring effects

• "SIMILAR TO THE JOHNY YUKON SNOOZE VIDEO BUT NOT A REPLICA & NOT AS HOPELESS OF A VIBE

• SONG IS INSPIRED BY THE COLD BLOODED FINANCIAL TENDENCIES IN THE REAL ESTATE WORLD, AND ME FEELING THE SLOW & INsIDIOUS PULL OF BECOMING MONEY ORIENTED & HEARTLESS

• WANT THE VIDEO TO HAVE A PLOT-LINE AND/OR A depth of CHARACTER ARC I GO THROUGH

• Want to blend formal/more rugged outfits to paint 2 characters: the financial Connor & the more rockstar-like/nature oriented Connor

• VIDEO MUST HAVE AN ENDING THAT SYMBOLIZES HOPE & RESURRECTION

• VIDEO WILL INCORPORATE a GUITAR SOLO

• Want the car to have a prominent segment in the video & include drone overhead of driving

• THE GUN MUST EVENTUALLY BE SYMBOLICALLY DISCARDED - DON’T WANT TO PROMOTE VIOLENCE

• VIDEO SHOULD CREATE A THEME THAT SPARKS CONVERSATION & IS UNIQUE FOR A MUSIC VIDEO

• theme of going into the woods to escape the turbulence of a financially oriented city life

OTHER Possible IDEAS

• THE THEME OF RED VS. BLUE - PERHAPS USING FAKE BLOOD OF EACH COLOR OR SMOKE BOMBS

• Having A GIANT MIRROR BROUGHT INTO THE WOODS that I come across & perform against

• Going with a more military style: a combat soldier that got separated from his unit

• Finding a way to tie in some aspect of current events in regards to social unrest & political division

• Having some segment where I link up with another person for a cash exchange & murder him to take the full cut
